SECTION I — USER AGREEMENT (TERMS OF USE)
Welcome to LoveOne Inc. (“LoveOne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This User Agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms”) governs your access to and use of the LoveOne mobile application, website, and related online services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LoveOne Inc. is a Delaware C Corporation headquartered in the United States.
2. ELIGIBILITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You may not share credentials, impersonate others, or operate fake accounts.

4. USER CONDUCT AND SAFETY POLICY
Your safety and the safety of others are core principles of LoveOne. You agree to act lawfully, respectfully, and responsibly.
You must NOT:
LoveOne enforces zero tolerance for harassment, stalking, exploitation, or unlawful conduct. Violators will have accounts permanently terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.
LoveOne does not conduct criminal background checks or guarantee user identities. Use caution and judgment in all interactions—especially offline meetings.
Report suspicious or unsafe behavior any time at safety@LoveOne.app.
LoveOne investigates all safety complaints promptly and may cooperate with law enforcement when required.
By providing your phone number during registration and tapping "Send Verification Code," you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from LoveOne for the following purposes:

Supported Carriers:
SMS services are available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. LoveOne is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
5. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE
You own all content you post (“User Content”).
By posting, you grant LoveOne a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and that your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
LoveOne may remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. DMCA/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY
LoveOne respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe User Content infringes your copyright, submit a notice to our designated agent at dmca@LoveOne.app, including:
(1) your signature or authorized agent's;
(2) identification of the copyrighted work;
(3) identification of the infringing material;
(4) your contact information;
(5) a statement of good-faith belief in infringement; and
(6) a statement under penalty of perjury. We will respond to valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Certain features require a paid subscription (“Paid Features”).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your account or app store.
LoveOne complies with all state automatic-renewal laws (including California, New York, Vermont):
8. THIRD-PARTY APP STORES AND INTEGRATIONS
If you access the Service via third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), you must comply with their terms.
LoveOne is not responsible for issues related to those platforms, including refunds or availability. If the Service includes links to third-party sites, ads, or integrations (e.g., social logins), we do not endorse them and are not liable for their content or practices.

LoveOne may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you:

LoveOne is not liable for interruptions due to force majeure events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, pandemics, cyberattacks, or government actions.
LoveOne makes no warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You assume all risks from use of the Service and any offline meetings.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveOne and its affiliates, officers, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LoveOne in the preceding 12 months.
10. PRIVACY AND DATA RIGHTS
Your privacy is governed by the Privacy Policy below.
LoveOne complies with the CCPA/CPRA and other state privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoveOne, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
(1) your use of the Service;
(2) your User Content;
(3) your interactions with other users; or
(4) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Use of the Service signifies consent to our data practices.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, unless required otherwise by state law.
LoveOne complies with all federal and state consumer-protection and online-safety statutes.
12. STATE-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
California (CCPA/CPRA):
Right to know, delete, or opt out of data sharing; non-discrimination guaranteed.
Auto-Renewal Law (Bus.&Prof.Code §17600) compliance confirmed.
Texas & Illinois:
LoveOne does not conduct background checks; safety resources are provided in-app.
New York:
If you believe you are a victim of a sex offense, contact law enforcement and report to safety@LoveOne.app.
Florida:
Under Fla. Stat. §943.0438, LoveOne discloses it does not conduct criminal background checks.
All Other States:
LoveOne complies with applicable consumer-protection, privacy, and auto-renewal statutes.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will occur in Delaware.
You and LoveOne waive the right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved individually, without class actions or representative proceedings.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing arbitration-optout@LoveOne.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Exceptions include small claims court actions, intellectual property disputes, or injunctive relief for misuse of the Service. If arbitration is unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts as per Section 13.
13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Invalid provisions are severed; the remainder remains effective.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
Assignment by you requires our written consent.
